PLYMOUTH — State police say a man was killed after he lost control of the van he was driving and struck a ledge along Interstate 95 in Plymouth.
Troopers identified the victim in Thursday morning’s crash as 70-year-old Joseph Deschaine of Dedham. They say he was getting off the interstate in the southbound lane when he lost control of the van on a curve and hit the ledge. He was killed instantly.
