DIXFIELD — Four residents have filed nomination papers for two selectmen positions, Deputy Treasurer Angela Varnum said Monday morning.
Varnum said the three-year terms of Dana Whittemore and Malcolm Gill expire in June. Whittemore has filed papers for re-election, Varnum said.
Others who filed include Norine Clarke, Aaron Jamison and Scott Belskis. Clarke served on the board for several years before losing a re-election bid in 2012. Belskis was elected to the board in June 2012 and briefly served as chairman until being defeated in 2015.
Polls will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, June 14, at the Dixfield American Legion Hall for town elections.
