AUGUSTA — Gov. Paul LePage will hold a town hall meeting from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 4, at the Ramada Inn and Conference Center in Lewiston.

According to a statement from LePage’s office, the governor will deliver remarks about moving Maine forward and answer questions from residents. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.

The announcement said the meeting is expected to focus on LePage’s “vision for Maine, including further reducing the income tax; reforming welfare by strengthening the state’s safety net for the most vulnerable; cutting energy costs and addressing Maine’s high student debt burden.”
