OXFORD — Oxford Hills Technical School fashion design students will walk the runway in their 13th annual runway show titled “Photo Shoot” at 7 p.m. Friday, May 6, in the Mark S. Eastman Auditorium at Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School.

Instructor Lori Millet said that musical guest Gunnar Docos, this year’s winner of the Oxford Hills Got Talent Show, will perform at the event.

“Everything’s coming together well,” Millett said. “The class is excited to show off their work. We have been working over school vacation, painting the runway and set. The students are finalizing their garment descriptions, as well as putting the finishing touches on their designs. It’s quite busy in the work room.

“We have a special treat this year,” she said. “The third-year students are creating collections of six outfits or ‘looks,’ using what they have learned in the past two years. Each collection has a theme. I don’t want to give anything away, but I’m impressed with what they have done.”

Admission costs $4 at the door. Admission is free for ages 12 and younger and 65 and older. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
