HEBRON — Funeral services for Basil G. Bryant II were held Saturday, April 30, at the East Hebron Baptist Church, with the Rev. Paul Swihart officiating.

The pianist was Greg Bessey, who accompanied the congregational hymns of “Amazing Grace” and “It Is Well with My Soul,” as well as grandson, Ethan Gordon, on the cello, playing “Lean on Me.”

Readings were done by his wife, Kathleen; and his sister, Bev Cantin. Burial was at the North Auburn Cemetery, Auburn.

A time of refreshment and remembering was held at the church vestry, following the burial.

Pallbearers were Tony Starbird, Davis Packard, Robert Bryant, Rodney Bryant, Ed Gordon and Amin Saa.

Arrangements were in the care of the Chandler Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 45 Main St., South Paris.
