1957 – 2016

AUBURN — William R. Morris Jr., 59, of South Paris lost his battle with lung cancer Friday, May 6, at the Hospice House in Auburn.

He was born in Lancaster, Ohio, on April 27, 1957, a son of William R. and Barbara (Fisk) Morris, and attended schools in Ohio and New Jersey.

William worked at Henry & Frick in Dedham, Mass., and at Venture Tape in Rockland, Mass., as a production manager and mechanical engineer.

An avid outdoorsman, he enjoying camping, hunting, fishing, canoeing, motorcycles and dirt bikes, prior to a disabling back injury.

He married Patricia Servello on March 15, 1986, and they had lived in South Paris for the past 16 years.

Besides his wife, he leaves behind a son, William Morris and his fiancée, Katrina Davis, and his three grandchildren, Pieper Shead, Milo Davis and Cameron Morris, all of South Paris; a brother, Eric Morris and his wife, Brenda, and their children, Benjamin and Sarah of Naples, Fla.; a sister, Brenda Morris and her daughter, Danielle, of South Daytona, Fla.
