MINOT — The Minot Historical Society is planning a work day at 9 a.m. Thursday, May 26, at the history house, 493 Center Minot Road.

This house was built to be the parsonage for Center Minot Church and the Rev. Elijah Jones and his family. The society is working to restore the home.

Activities planned include painting, glazing windows and working on the grounds. For more information, call 207-346-0951.

Historical Society meetings are held at 7 p.m. the second Tuesday of the month at the Town Office. Everyone is welcome.
