East Auburn 16, Hardy Wolf and Downing 6

East Auburn improved its record to 3-0 with a 16-6 victory over Hardy Wolf and Downing in recent Auburn Suburban Major Baseball action. Eight East Auburn players registered hits in the victory, including Christian Frey, Campbell Cassidy, Kamden Masselli, Will Cassidy, Drew Smith, Braden Paradie, Kade Masselli and Will Marcotte. One of Frey’s hits was a triple, while Paradie smacked a double. Campbell Cassidy and Paradie teamed up for the victory on the mound. Tate Morse had two hits while Clay Robbins, Nick Gagne, Noah Harkins, Ryan Marston and Gabe Garcia each had a hit for Hardy Wolf and Downing.

East Auburn 15, Austin Associates 3

East Auburn upped its record to 4-0 with a 15-3 victory over Austin Associates in Auburn Suburban Major Baseball action. Will Cassidy hit his third home run in as many games to lead East Auburn to victory. Campbell Cassidy went 3-for-3 and stuck out five of the six batters he faced on the mound for the victory. Drew Smith and Kade Masselli each pitched an inning to secure the victory. Kamden Masselli had two triples for the victors while Christian Frey, Smith and Kade Masselli all had multiple hits. Tyler Carlin stroked a home run for Austin, while Eli St. Laurent and Tristan Kramarz each picked up hits in the losing effort.
