1946 – 2016
LEWISTON — Robert “Bob” Labbe, 69, of Lewiston died Wednesday, May 18, at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center.
Bob was born Oct. 4, 1946, in Greene, a son of Adrian and Mary Rose (Sarrazin) Labbe. He married Jeannette Giguere on June 13, 1979.
Bob was a hardworking man all of his life and he worked as a painter for Gagnon and Son’s Painting, which he enjoyed very much.
Bob was a light-hearted, easygoing man who was loved by all. He enjoyed bingo, spending time with friends and family and going for rides, just to see where he would end up.
He was a proud and dedicated father of two daughters, Julie (Labbe) Bero and Judy (Lachance) Rideout.
His smile, his sense of humor and his caring personality, will be greatly missed by all of his friends and family.
In addition to his daughters, he leaves behind four grandchildren, Alexandra and Lukas Bero and Nicholas and Jacob Norton; two sisters, Connie Dubois and Pauline Dubois; and a brother, Raymond Labbe.
He was predeceased by his loving wife, Jeannette; and his brother, Adrian Labbe.
