Prophecy Seminar at The Ark

LEWISTON — The Ark & Olive Branch Cafe will host Prophecy Seminar —Understand Revelation! at 6:30 p.m. Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Tuesdays through June 21 at 791 Lisbon St.

The series will explore God’s purpose to finally do away with all sin and suffering. Topics include: Signs of the End, Battle of Armageddon, Israel in Prophecy, United States in Prophecy, The Rapture, The Mark of the Beast, 666 & Antichrist, The 144,000, The Mystery of Death,The Abomination of Desolation, The Scarlet Woman and The Lamb Who Conquers.

Admission is free, and the event will include handouts, child care and children’s programming.

Guest delivering service in Paris

PARIS — Silver Moore-Leamon will lead the worship service at the First Universalist Church at 10 a.m. Sunday, May 22. The title is “Open Hearts.”

Music is under the direction of Donna Hurd. Fellowship and coffee will follow the service.  

The First Universalist Church welcomes and celebrates all beliefs.

PORTLAND — Jehovah’s Witnesses will hold its annual three-day convention, “Remain Loyal to Jehovah,” from Friday to Sunday, May 27 to 29, at the Cross Insurance Area.
