LEWISTON — SeniorsPlus will offer the class Diabetes and the Older Adult on Thursday, June 23, at the West Paris Library as part of its Long Distance Learning program.

Instructors Jamie Pepin and Gwenn Scot from Central Maine Endocrinology & Diabetes Center will discuss how age affects diabetes and the need for medications, as well as ideas on eating and exercise.

Community members who wish to join the classroom at the West Paris Library need to register with SeniorsPlus. The class is free and all are welcome.
