Donald Trump is much like Richard Nixon. There are many comparisons between their behavior — Trump’s constant argumentative distractions, how he avoids any clear policies and discussions. They set up another smoke screen. Also, the Nixon tapes showed a similar use of crude, paranoid language.
Nixon covered up for his criminal Watergate break-in. Trump faces the results of the failure of Trump University. No wonder Trump consulted Henry Kissinger (who covered up for Nixon).
Aren’t some of Trump’s issues a possible preface for a future impeachment?
No wonder many Republicans are fearfully cautious.
