Tewhey, executive vice president of the Lewiston-Auburn Area Chamber of Commerce, that the policy be put into effect for the months of July and August. In past years, the patrolmen have been using the courtesy tickets for out-of-state violators instead of the regular parking tickets which require a fine be paid.
