1962 – 2016

AUBURN — Bonnie Downs, 53, passed away Tuesday, June 28, at the Hospice House.

She was born Oct. 23, 1962, in Northbridge, Mass. She was raised and lived in Auburn. Her parents are Ele and Delores Cormier.

She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, crocheting baby blankets, and she loved to cook.

Bonnie graduated from Edward Little High School in 1981. She worked 32 years in child care, the last 18 years working with infants at the YMCA in Auburn. She also worked part time for 10 years at Home Depot.

Bonnie is survived by her husband, Bob Downs; two sons, Sean and Adam Downs; five grandchildren, Kristopher, Skylar, Taylor, Donavan and Jeffrey.
