STRONG — Registration is still open for the free Living Well for Better Health class being offered by SeniorsPlus and the Strong Area Health Center.

The class will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Wednesdays, July 20 to Aug. 24. Classes will be held at Strong United Methodist Church, 8 Church Hill Road.

This interactive workshop will teach participants tools to better manage their own health conditions. Topics will include depression, medication use, nutrition and communication skills. 

Caretakers and spouses are welcome to attend.
