When Hillary Clinton testified before the FBI, she was not put under oath. I have to wonder, why?

The director of the FBI, in sworn testimony, said Clinton was extremely careless in the handling of her emails and classified information. “None of these emails should have been on any kind of unclassified system, but their presence is especially concerning because all of these emails were housed on unclassified personal servers not even supported by full-time security staff, like those found at departments and agencies of the U.S. government — or even with a commercial service like Gmail,” he said. He added, “In looking back at our investigations into mishandling or removal of classified information, we cannot find a case that would support bringing criminal charges on these facts. All the cases prosecuted involved some combination of clearly intentional and willful mishandling of classified information.”

I think Clinton intended to destroy the documents and that she should be charged. I believe that she lied to Congress, under oath. She should have been under oath when she was questioned by the FBI.

This is America — no one should be above the law, even the Clintons.

Shameful.
