I was very pleased when I learned Lisa Keim was officially nominated as the Republican candidate for the state Senate District 18. I have no doubt that she will serve the people of western Maine well when she is elected to the Legislature.
Besides having the drive and determination to successfully campaign on important issues — ranging from quality education access and small business relief, to aggressively fighting the growing opiate epidemic — Keim has a proven ability to work with others.
Having served in the Legislature, I recognize that advocating for principles you believe in, while staying true to these contentions in debate and negotiation, are important aspects of being a good Maine legislator.
I wholeheartedly endorse Lisa Keim for the state Senate. I know she will make me, my friends, neighbors and fellow residents of Senate District 18 proud.
