The first college bill can be terrifying for students and parents! Even if you have gotten scholarships, applied for FAFSA and have a plan for paying for college, the little details and specific steps required to pay that first bill can be confusing.
This, evening workshop will be presented by Jennifer Lanphear a College Access Counselor for the FINANCE AUTHORITY OF MAINE (FAME) and Ron Millikan the director of financial aid at UMF.
Together they will answer your questions about, installment payments, parent loans, student loans, how scholarships are paid out, and how federal financial aid will be disbursed.
