Lobster & Steak
PARIS — Oxford Hills Rotary Club will serve up its annual Lobster & Steak Fest on Saturday, Aug. 20 from 3 to 6 p.m. at Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School, rain or shine. Tickets in advance are $25 per person; tickets the day of the event are $30 per person. Tickets are on sale at Books N Things, 739-6200 or Park Street Press, 743-7702. There will also be live entertainment.
Dinner includes lobster or steak, clams, corn, fries, watermelon and drink. Orders will be available for takeout. FMI: www.oxfordhillsrotary.org.

OTISFIELD — The East Otisfield Free Baptist Church is excited to announce its Third Annual Lobster Dinner on Aug. 13.
Blueberry Fest
LOCKE MILLS — The annual Blueberry Festival at the Locke Mills Union Church will be held on Saturday, Aug. 6 from 7:30 to 11:30 a.m. There will be pancakes, sundaes, pies, blueberries, etc.
Breakfast
WATERFORD — The last in a series of four Waterford Summer Breakfasts will be from 7:30 to 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 10, at the Wilkins Community House on Plummer Hill Road.
Served will be scrambled eggs, pancakes with real maple syrup (supplied this year by Thunder Hill Farm in Waterford), bacon, sausage, donuts, freshly baked muffins (gluten—free available — just ask), orange juice, coffee and tea. Cost is $8 for adults, $4 for child—sized portions, and free for children younger than five. Melby’s Market & Eatery of North Waterford once again supplies the eggs, bacon and sausages.
Be sure to visit the Wilkins House Basement Yard Sale. Hours are 7:30 to 11 a.m.
Proceeds from the breakfast and yard sale go to the Building Improvement Funds of the Wilkins House and of the Waterford Congregational Church.
Supper
NORTH WATERFORD — A public supper will be held Tuesday, Aug. 2 from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at the North Waterford Church, Route 5, opposite Melby’s Eatery. The menu includes all-you-can-eat casseroles, baked beans, salads and strawberry shortcake for dessert. This year for the first time … eat in air-conditioned comfort! Cost is $9 for adults and $4.50 for children. All are welcome!
Greenwood Bicentennial

NORWAY — Jones Dance Band will be at the Stone—Smart American Legion Post 82, 212 Main St. in Norway, on Monday, Aug. 1 starting at 7 p.m. Doors open at 6 p.m.

NORWAY — Bingo will be held every Monday night, starting at 6 p.m., at the Stone Smart American Legion Post 82, 212 Main St., in Norway. Doors open at 4 p.m. There will be door prizes.
Fair
LOVELL — “The Lazy Days of Summer” will be held at the Lovell UCC, Route 5 in Center Lovell on Thursday, Aug. 4 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. There will be gifts, baked goods, produce, flowers, Balsam fir pillows, jewelry and treasures, as well as lunch and a raffle.
Bake sale
NORWAY — A bake sale to benefit Terry Cram will be held in the main lobby at Norway Center for Health & Rehabilitation on Tuesday, Aug. 2 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
