AUBURN — Vacation Bible school will be from 9 a.m. to noon Monday through Friday, Aug. 8 to 12, at Court Street Baptist Church, 129 Court St.

Children will learn about “The Armor of God” — the way people can overcome temptations through various tools that God has given them, such as righteousness, faith, salvation, the Word of God and prayer.

The free program consists of Bible lessons, games, crafts, songs and snacks. Children ages 3 to grade six are welcome.

JAY — Jay Baptist Church will host a vacation Bible school led by Child Evangelism Fellowship from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday to Friday, Aug. 15 to 19, at 29 Smith Ave.

Children ages 5 to 12 will participate in Bible lessons, music, crafts, missionary stories and refreshments.
