Sister Bernadette Gautreau will be the guest speaker at the Sunday service at the Bethel United Methodist Church on Main Street in Bethel with a start time of 9 a.m. Sister Bernadette is a member of the Sisters of St. Chretinne (SSCH) that used to teach at the parochial school in Rumford. She is a Native American Consultant with 50 years of experience among the Cree of the Little Red River Nation in Northern Alberta, Canada. She is going to speak about building Christian faith on the spiritual traditions that their culture already embrace. The service is open to everyone and all are welcomed.
