LEWISTON — Pump It Up: Living With Heart Failure is the subject of a two-part Accenting Your Health presentation set for Tuesdays, Aug. 23 and 30, at the Central Maine Heart and Vascular Institute.

Both sessions will be from 1:30 to 3 p.m. in the first-floor conference room in the Young Wing at 60 High St.

These educational sessions are for those who have been diagnosed with heart failure, as well as for those who provide support for someone with the condition.

The first session is called What Is Heart Failure and How Do You Manage It? The second session is called Keys to Healthy Eating, Staying Active and Coping Effectively.

Participants may attend one or both programs. They are free and are being offered in collaboration with Androscoggin Home Care and Hospice and United Ambulance Service.

Interpreter services are available upon advance request.
