Lewiston

* Alyssa M. Rowe, 26, of Lewiston, swerved her van to avoid a deer and struck a rock at 1:55 a.m. Monday on Stetson Road. Her 2006 Dodge was towed.

* An SUV driven by William E. Handren, 90, of Waterford, struck the back of a car driven by Gary Voisine, 55, of Mechanic Falls, while Voisine was stopped to turn from Hotel Road onto Merrow Road at 5:03 p.m. Tuesday. Both vehicles, Voisine’s 2015 Ford and Handren’s 2004 Ford, were towed.

* Nancy Rojas Mott, of 68 Pleasant St., on a charge of violating bail conditions, 9:45 p.m. Tuesday at that address.

* Ashley Naomi Mercier, 29, of 29 Grove St., on charges of driving with a suspended license and violating bail conditions, 1:19 p.m. Wednesday at 67 Mill St.

Androscoggin County

* Brian Bineau, 41, of 9 Brentwood Circle, Saco, arrested by Sabattus police on a warrant charging violating a protection order, 4:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Sabattus police station.
