1939 – 2016

PHOENIX, Ariz. — Raymond Paradis, 76, of Phoenix, Ariz., died Friday, Aug. 19 in Phoenix.

He was born Nov. 26, 1939 in Lewiston, the son of Adrien and Alma Paradis. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and enjoyed watching the Red Sox, playing cards and bowling. He worked as a butcher for over 40 years.

He is survived by his wife, Shirley; his five children, Ken (Bev Vagnetti) Paradis, Raeann (Dino) Krallis, Gregg ( Monica) Paradis, Michelle (Chad) Alexander, Scott (Emily) Paradis; eight grandchildren, Bryan, Bethany, Griffin, River, Andrew, Payton, Jolie, and Elliott; and a ninth grandchild due in November, Emma; and a sister, Jackie Levesque of Lewiston.

He was predeceased by his three brothers, Clem, Bert, and Roland.
