Eric Brakey is doing a wonderful job as a state senator.
Last year, my husband and I made Auburn our new home. We have always been engaged with our community, and that is why we attended the local presidential caucuses where we had our first opportunity to meet Sen. Brakey.
He was unanimously elected to run the Auburn meeting. Even when things got tense between supporters of different candidates, he ensured everyone was treated with respect and dignity. He even inspired us to get more involved.
He genuinely cares about people and anyone who works with him can see that. It is no wonder he has been such a successful advocate for the community while in Augusta.
This November, I am proud to be casting my vote to re-elect Eric Brakey to the Maine Senate representing Auburn, New Gloucester, Poland, Minot and Mechanic Falls.
