LEWISTON — The Lewiston Auburn Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce will host the next workshop in its LA LAW series: Overtime Laws — What’s New?
It will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 22, in the chamber’s conference room at 415 Lisbon St.
On Dec. 1, 2016, the U.S. Department of Labor’s new overtime rule will take effect. Local business attorney Michael Malloy of the Malloy Firm will discuss the rule, who is affected and what businesses should do to prepare.
