GREENE — Lewiston High School Class of 1961 will celebrate its 55th reunion from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 1, at the home of John and Pat Schott, 303 South River Road. The rain date is Sunday, Oct. 2.

The event is free, and entertainment will be catching up with fellow classmates at this simple event. Reservations are not necessary. Lunch will be purchased with proceeds from the 50th reunion.

Those attending should bring their own beverages, snacks and chairs. They may bring hiking shoes to walk on the 12 miles of trails on the property or kayaks or canoes to launch into the Androscoggin River. Pets are not allowed.

The reunion committee is comprised of John and Pat Schott, Bob Crozier, Rosemarie Levesque Goodwin, Marc Jalbert, Sylvia Grenier LeBlanc, Bill Libby and John Tewhey.
