LEWISTON — The St. Mary’s Nutrition Center Annual Soiree will be Friday, Sept. 23.

A cocktail hour at 5:30 p.m. will feature appetizers prepared by participants in the Nutrition Center’s youth programs. They will use the knowledge and skills they developed cooking and gardening over the summer.

Guests can taste specialty wines and craft beers and then move across the street to the new Agora Grand Event Center for specialty chef demonstrations and tastings. Zack Pratt of Boba will present his famous Vietnamese noodle soup, pho, and Tripp’s Farmhouse Café will showcase its gluten-free delicacies. Guests can then attend a full sit-down dinner featuring local and seasonal specialties, catered by Erin Dow of Eatswell.

Tickets are $125 each and are available at www.stmarysmaine.com/2016soiree. Proceeds support the St. Mary’s Nutrition Center.
