WALES — A referendum on the RSU 4 budget will be held Wednesday, Sept. 21, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Sabattus, Wales and Litchfield town offices.
Voters will be deciding on a school spending plan of $18.8 million, which was approved at a budget meeting Aug. 24.
