I first met Tina Riley in 1982 when her mother came to work as a school principal where I was the superintendent. Many of the admirable qualities that I saw in her mother, I now see in her. Mature and serious, she is a dedicated mother and a skilled worker who chose a non-traditional career (she is a master electrician).

As a person, she has faced hardships and taken on those challenges with energy, resolve and success. She now wants to work on the public’s behalf in the Legislature.

If elected, she will quickly become known for her intellect, work ethic, fairness and her tenacity. She will be an effective legislator and I know that she will never forget where she came from or why she was elected.

I hope the voters of Jay, Livermore and Livermore Falls will join me in helping to elect Tina Riley to the Maine Legislature.
