1927 – 2016

AUBURN — Heaven received another angel when Larry passed on Wednesday, Sept. 14. He leaves behind his loving wife, Jane (Vachon) Lajoie, with whom he recently celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary.

Larry was born March 19, 1927. He was a World War II veteran and worked at Vachon and Sampson before becoming a master plumber for many years. He was an avid golfer at Prospect Hill Golf Course. He also enjoyed the Red Sox and Boston Burins.

Larry leaves behind two sons, Gerard and Elaine Lajoie and Paul and Paula Lajoie; one daughter, Carol and Steve Parker; and one daughter-in-law, Karen Lajoie. Larry also had several grandchildren Kim, Kelly, Nick, Josh, Jessica and Jeremy; great-grandchildren, Alivia, Addison, Aiden, Cooper and Ashton; and two brothers, Marcel and Michel and Rita Lajoie.

He was predecessed by sisters, Theresa and Laurette; and one son, Daniel.
