1940 – 2016

AUBURN – Normand C. Lafrance, 76, a resident of Russell St., Lewiston, passed away peacefully Thursday, Sept. 22, at the Androscoggin Hospice House following a long illness.

He was born in Lewiston March 23, 1940, the son of Camille and Marie (Carrier) Lafrance.

He was employed in the local shoe industry as a cutter, until his retirement. He had taught CCD for 20 years from 1971 to 1991 at St. Peter’s School. He was also a member of the Blessed Sacrament Society of the Prince of Peace Parish.

Survivors include seven cousins, Antoinette, Fernande, Therese, Jane, Rosaire, Joseph and Richard.
