AUBURN — Auburn Public Services staff and volunteers will be joined by employees from TD Bank at 8:45 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 5, at Raymond Park, 78 South Main St., to participate in TD Tree Days.

Volunteers will plant 58 trees along South Main Street, from Bolster to Ipswich Street. They will be planted in the esplanade, the grassy area between the sidewalk and the street.

“We are honored to partner with TD Bank on this meaningful initiative,” said Public Services Director Dan Goyette. “These trees will be a beautiful addition to our city, but they offer more than just visual appeal; they also improve air quality and help conserve energy and water. This program is great for our community and we are so glad they chose Auburn to receive some of the 50,000 trees they will plant this year.”
