I have had the pleasure of getting to know Kimberly Sampson, the Democratic candidate for State Senate in District 20, while driving her door-to-door as she has crisscrossed from Minot to Auburn to New Gloucester to Poland and Mechanic Falls. She is a bright, tenacious young woman with a strong vision for Maine

Through snow, rain and blistering heat, I have watched her work hard to get to know the people of her district and learn about the issues most important to them. What has most impressed me, however, is her holistic approach to problem solving. When she hears about a problem, she immediately sets to work to discover how that problem fits into the big picture and how she can help solve it.

I look forward to casting my vote for Kimberly Sampson on Nov. 8 to represent me in the Maine Senate.
