Those people living in District 64 (Minot, part of Auburn) have the opportunity in the coming election to choose as their legislative representative someone who can be trusted to appreciate the interests and concerns of all Mainers — rich or poor or middle class.

Bettyann Sheats’ life experiences as a U.S. Army helicopter pilot, mother, children’s health advocate and small business person have taught her that people at each level of society face pressures in life that are just as real as those of others, and though some may need more immediate attention, none should be ignored.

She studiously researches legislative proposals. She is conscientious, persevering, compassionate, wary and resolute.

Electing Bettyann Sheats will ensure that District 64 will have a legislator who won’t let an ideology override common sense.
