LEWISTON  — New Hampshire-native-turned-Boston-resident Ryan Chani will close out Maine Event Comedy’s Third Thursday Showcase Oct. 20 at Bear Bones Beer, 43 Lisbon St.  The 8 p.m. show will also feature Mike Levinsky, Sam Pelletier, Mark Reilly, Nick Gordon, Ben Roberts and host, Mark Turcotte.

Chani, who’s happy to share his life stories so you can learn from his mistakes, has entertained audiences across the country including The Comedy Store in Los Angeles and New York City’s EastVille Comedy Club. He also co-hosts the “Learn to Take a Joke” podcast.

Levinsky founded the Portland Comedy Showcase, Maine’s longest running weekly show; Pelletier performed in the Green Mountain Comedy Festival; Reilly was a Portland’s Funniest Professional semi-finalist; Roberts produces the Cafe L-A Showcase, and Gordon was part of Empire’s Summer Classic in Portland.
