Two area health centers will each offer flu shot vaccines during two clinics.

The clinics will be held simultaneously from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesdays, Oct. 25 and Nov. 1, at Mt. Abram Regional Health Center, 25 Depot St., Kingfield, and at Strong Area Health Center, 177 North Main St., Strong.

Vaccines will be free for children 18 and younger while supplies last. A parent or guardian must be present to sign a consent form for kids wanting to receive a vaccine.

Adult vaccinations are available as well, and the cost is $20 per shot, payable by cash. Insurance will not be billed.

Shots will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis. Both flu shot clinics are open to all community members.
