AUBURN — Ladies Auxiliary Unit No. 31, American Legion, will host the fifth annual Craft and Vendor Fair from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 29, at the Alden M. Gayton Legion Post, 426 Washington St. North.

The fair is open to the public. A lunch of hamburgers and hot dogs will be available for purchase.

HARTFORD — The annual Hartford Fall/Christmas Fair will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 29, at the Hartford Town Hall on Route 140.

The fair will have many crafters with excellent wares, including special items such as hand-painted bottle lamps, honey, natural soaps and scents. There will be gift ideas for fall and the holidays. Baked goods will be sold.

The event is sponsored by the Hartford Community Church Women’s Association.

RUMFORD — The 23rd annual Rumford Elementary School Craft Fair will take place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 29, at the school on Lincoln Avenue.

Crafts for sale will include wood crafts, homemade soaps, jams and jellies, jewelry, fleece, knit ware, blown glass, crochet items, quilts, decorative glass, primitive crafts and holiday crafts.

Crafts made by students will also be for sale.  ABC Café will be open for a light breakfast and lunch.  

The Rumford Elementary School PTO will host the event, which is open to the public. Proceeds will benefit the students who attend the school.

LEWISTON — The Teddy Bear Holiday Fair will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 29, in the Lewiston High School gym on East Avenue. 

There will be teddy bears, crafts, books, baked goods, a raffle and 50/50, Christmas items, a Saturday Night Special, a white elephant table and a snack bar.

The fair is sponsored by the Delta Kappa Gamma Society — Much Chapter. Proceeds will benefit local scholarships.
