CARRABASSETT VALLEY — Friday’s storm is bringing snow to areas north of Route 2. Some mountain spots could see several inches.
It started snowing around 4 a.m. at Sugarloaf.
So far they have about an inch, Sugarloaf and many areas in the higher elevations are expected to get 3 to 6 inches of wet snow by the end of the day.
Some people say that’s great news since there was so little snow last winter. They say they’re ready for it.
