NORWAY — The Oxford Hills Chamber of Commerce will hold Business After Hours from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 3, at Lively Accents, 310 Main St., Norway.

Lively Accents started as a home-based and family-owned business. As a self-taught artisan, Cathy Murphy has been making jewelry for more than 25 years and she continuously experiments with designs and color combinations. She uses Maine sea glass and tourmaline from the local mines. She also has an extensive bridal collection.
