The Lisbon United Methodist Church Choir directed by Deb Greim performs a concert.

LISBON — The Lisbon United Methodist Church Choir will again perform a concert of contemporary and traditional Christmas carols at 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 4, at 14 School St.

It is open to the public and donations will pay for holiday food baskets for local families in need of assistance. As part of its mission to the community, the church partners with the local schools by providing 21 food baskets for the town’s holiday food basket program. Each basket is filled with turkey, stuffing, fresh and canned vegetables, fruit and sweets.

Admission is a donation of cash or nonperishable canned goods: vegetables, fruit, gravy, cranberry sauce or boxed stuffing mix.

Contact the church at 353-4982 for more information about the concert or other ways to help.
