RANGELEY — The Rangeley Lakes Region Rotary Club and Rangeley Lakes Chamber of Commerce announce details of the annual Parade of Trees, which takes place on Saturday, Dec. 10, at Saddleback Mountain.

The evening will begin with hors d’oeurves from 5 to 6:30 p.m. and a buffet dinner from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., followed by the Tree & Wreath live auction.

Larry Koob will serve as master of ceremonies.

In addition to trees donated and decorated by local businesses, there will be special trees decorated by Rangeley Lakes Regional School students. A portion of the proceeds from these trees will support their activities.

There will be a silent auction to benefit the Rotary Club and the Chamber of Commerce, as well as other nonprofits.

Tickets are $30 per person in advance and $35 at the door. Ticket price includes dinner and the event. They are available from a Rotarian, a chamber director or at the Rangeley Lakes Chamber of Commerce on 6 Park Rd.

Company Christmas parties are welcome, and tables will be reserved for groups of eight or more.

Trees will be delivered Dec. 11 to successful bidders.
