AUBURN — Thirty-five students at Central Maine Community College were recently inducted as members of the Alpha Phi Xi Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, the international honor society for two-year colleges.
To be eligible for Phi Theta Kappa membership, students must be pursuing an associate degree and have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
Among the new members are Katerina Adams, Angelica Attianese, Valerie Burbank, Gabrielle Comeau, Andrew Crippen, Izabel Earle, Daniele Fraser, Cindy Fregeau, Kimberly Gilbert, Anita Hakala, Felicia Harris, Kyle Knight, Shivam Kumar, Ekoko Louise, Shawn Marston, Ethan Matthews, Ralph Morgan, Dylan Morin, Walter Morris, Derick Neal, Carrie Nelson, Melissa Potter, April Potvin, Sabrina Poulin, Michael Redman, Staci Remillard, Amy Ross, Adam Sawyer, Deanna Sheperson, Alissa Stewart, Jo-Ellen Strout, Mark Swiedom, Krystal Tastan, Shelby Young and Kaitlyn Zeininger.
