Returning athletes: Boys: Senior — Miles Pelletier; Junior — Hunter Bolduc; Sophomores — Sam Smith, James Guillaume. Girls: Sophomores — Ellie Pelletier, Jenna Hanrahan, Ashley Wiles, Kate Brittain, Rylee Briggs.
Key losses: Kyle Farrington, Dylan Roberts, Mitch Guillaume.
Promising newcomers: Boys: Freshmen — Eli Yeaton, Nate Rackliff, Aubrey Barrett. Girls: Junior — Andrea Jones; Freshmen — Mazie Gordon, Brooke Bolduc.
Season outlook: Both the boys’ and girls’ teams should be strong this year. The boys have lost a couple of valuable racers, but coaches say the incoming freshmen are more than capable to fill those shoes. The girls are entering this year with a new sense of confidence after being a young team last year and experiencing high finishes at the conference and state championships.
