We are entering a much colder weather pattern starting today with highs only in the low to mid 20s.

Tonight we will get a taste of cold, wind chills will be dropping below zero and this chill lingers into Friday.

There will be dangerously cold wind chill temperatures Friday morning, these will be between 20 and 30 degrees below zero.

Aside from the bitter cold there will be mostly sunny skies with highs only in the low teens and wind gusts near 35 mph.

Our next snow storm will arrive Saturday with accumulations likely. It’s too early to nail down numbers, but based on today’s forecast it’s looking like another 3 to 6 inches or 4 to 8 inches of snow.

Snow will change to a wintry mix being sleet and freezing rain Saturday evening into Saturday night.
