1948 – 2016

AUBURN — Mary Elizabeth Edgecomb, 68, of Auburn passed Monday, Dec. 12, after a strong fight against cancer, surrounded by her children.

She was born April 3, 1948, in Lewiston to Lester and Leona Farrar.

She loved the outdoors, friends and the challenge of a good puzzle.

Mary is survived by three sisters, Patricia (Richard) Williams of Rumford, Kathy Coyne of Bailey Island, and Vicki Halter of Daytona Beach, Fla.; three sons, Kenneth Levasseur and wife, Sherri, of Amesbury, Mass., Kevin Levasseur and Betsi Gerwig of Brunswick, Keith Edgecomb and wife, Misty, of Auburn; and loving daughter, Marjorie Schmieks and husband, Barry, of Turner. Also, missing their Nana, are six loving grandchildren.
