SABATTUS — A man and a woman have been released from the hospital following a Sunday afternoon crash on Middle Road that claimed the life of a Wiscasset man.
Dawn Baise, 50, was discharged from Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston following the crash in which her husband, Golden, 58, was killed.
Also discharged was 38-year-old Robbie Robbins, of Harpswell, who was driving the Toyota Tundra pickup involved in the crash.
Baise’s SUV and the pickup truck collided at about 5:30 p.m. Sunday on Middle Road.
The Sabattus Police Department is investigating the crash with assistance from Maine State Police for the reconstruction.
On Thursday, Sabattus Police Chief Gary Baillargeon said they are still waiting for findings from the reconstruction. The cause of the crash had not been determined.
