Post cards and stories at Society
NEW GLOUCESTER — “New Gloucester Post Cards and the Stories They Tell” is the title of a program that will be presented by Jerry Davis at 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 16, at the New Gloucester Meeting House, 389 Intervale Road, Route 231.
Refreshments will be served. The presentation is free and open to the public.
Coin hole tournament planned
MECHANIC FALLS — A coin hole tournament will be held on Saturday, Feb. 18, at Post 150, American Legion, 41 Elm St.
Sign up for kids ages 8 to 11 will be at 11 a.m., and the tournament starts at noon. The cost is $3 each.
Sign up for adults will be at 2 p.m., and the tournament starts at 3 p.m. The cost is $5 each.
The kitchen will be open.
