AUBURN — Maine Source Realty, the real estate arm of Auburn-based Maine Source Homes & Realty, is under new ownership.

Long-term employees Jon Mercier and Mark Turner purchased the realty arm of the company in early 2017 with plans for growth and a renewed focus to better serve customers.

Mercier and Turner plan to concentrate efforts in assisting retirees and baby boomers who may be considering downsizing and who may need selling home.
