AUBURN — A Livermore Falls woman pleaded guilty Thursday morning at Androscoggin County Superior Court to a misdemeanor theft charge related to the assault and robbery of a Livermore Falls man in November.

Felicia Jewell, 29, also pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of false public report, for which she was sentenced to 180 days in jail, with all time suspended, and one year of probation.

Sentencing on the theft charge was continued for 60 days.

As part of the plea agreement, the state agreed to drop robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery charges.

Probation conditions include no contact with the victim of the robbery and assault, and no use or possession of illegal drugs.

Jewell was arrested, along with Duane Hanson, 27, of Livermore Falls on Nov. 16 after officers were called to a home on Church Street in Livermore Falls. They found a man bleeding from an assault. He identified Jewell and two others as his attackers, police said.

A third man, Brian Legere, 26, of Jay was recently indicted on charges of robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery and assault.
